**Talent Acquisition Partner** **Description** We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will work on various top brands and client programs across the United States. Our ideal candidate possesses a strong desire to succeed in a fun, fast paced and ever-changing atmosphere! This is a hybrid role. Monday and Friday are work from home days. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday are in-office days with the team. **Our Top Candidate Will:** Source and screen candidates using internal and external databases Partner directly with hiring managers to identify top talent Own their requisitions, from initial set-up to candidate step/status management Explore unique sourcing opportunities and ways to connect with top talent Deliver & hire candidates within Mosaic’s target timeframes **Qualifications** **We Believe You Will Excel in this Role if You Have:** Previous Recruitment experience is ideal, but not required.
